Poppies in the rain.

Not quite the gentle rain of yesterday!
Windy and more heavy downpours.

So it had to be a quick garden blip, before the camera got too wet!

Decided on warm winter food for tea.
Lambs liver casserole with onions and tomatoes, with Cornish potatoes and local grown cabbage.
Our second to last bottle of red wine brought back from last years holiday in France.

We have just been watching "Floyd Uncorked" and he was in the villages where we go to in the Southern Rhone wine area.( the umpteenth repeat!!)
Tasting all 16 wines of the Cotes de Rhone Villages, and completely cross eyed when he finished!

Two weeks on Wednesday we set off for this years holiday!
How this year has flown!
