Book group aftermath

Busy day at work but managed to escape on time and get the early train.

Just had time to eat and vote before I went to pick up a lift to book group. Though lower in numbers than usual we had a good discussion about the book and the completely main vile character that it portrayed. I hadn't quite finished the book but it had made me laugh out loud on the train a few times and was an interesting read.

After the book discussions we had a good catch up and had a good go at the nibbles, dips and wine. A lovely night and made it to bed just before midnight.
