Delicious

I always thought horse was an interesting alternative to beef. The Lovely Ange is a good horse rider and worked mustering way back when, on horseback. Whever she suggest going for a horse trek, I usually replied, "Mmmm, horse, delicious with mustard sauce and peas".

As it turns out, I rather enjoyed it! The horse riding, not the horse eating. We didn't eat them in the end. They'd seemed so obliging carrying us around, that eating them afterwards would've been just churlish.
