first rose bloom of the season

still struggling with my health but proud of my ability to keep going. It is so important to try and keep going, it doesn't matter how long it takes me to do something, like get dressed, make bed, get a meal etc, it feels so good to achieve those tasks.

So like yesterday I decided to go to Barnsley Writers, Rae came to collect me which was so helpful. To be with people is so healing, so is being involved in activities which I enjoy. it was a good session., so glad I went. Tomorro my friend Paula is coming to take me to lunch, haven't seen here for over a year so really looking forward to catching up.
