cat on a hot tin roof !

started the day with a visit to the dietician convinced I would have put on masses of weight !!! How delighted was I when I had only put on 3lb so onwards and upwards. Went on to the garden and had a meeting re the work we have to do for the Charity Commission. Massive form to fill out..... but all is going well.

on to Nicky's to have lunch and a play with Diva. Home to visitor Craig, tea and out to Camera Club which was brilliant tonight. Had a practical evening on how to focus............

Got home and found Babe the neighbours cat waiting on the roof for me....
