A little treat

For those who came to my assistance last night. I was good and didn't buy any for myself.

Observation was so-so, but somehow I feel I have bigger priorities at the moment. I wasn't even nervous, which, looking back, probably wasn't a good sign. Don't get me wrong- I still think it was a fun, valuable lesson, and the children and I really enjoyed it (making 3D shapes with play dough and art straws), but I just didn't make it tick the boxes. The assistant head did say she would steal the idea for her class though, so it can't have been all bad! And to be honest, they did put a very positive spin on it all. Lots of potential. Just not my day to pull it off for the cameras.
