Out of Energy

Finally something blipworthy to report!

Take Joe to Crystal Palace for land training and swim session.
Decide to stay in car to do marking- save carrying heavy books poolside.
Leave headlights on.
Flat battery.
Summon help from other swim parents.
Attempt to jump start using small car.
Attempt to jump start using large, posh car (once we could get bonnet open!)
Attempt to bump start by pushing it back up the hill.
End up at bottom of hill.
Send Joe home with Spiderboy.
Call RAC.
Kev comes to the rescue!
Advises 45 mins driving before switching off.
Late night spin!
Missed bus driving for the first time in over a year.
Got home and made play-dough for tomorrow's lesson.
Bed.

Special thanks to swim mum who took swimmer home and came back to sit with me. I was truly touched. And to every one who tried to help. (But next time I'll go straight to Kev!)
