Smoke and mirrors

With J being away I headed out to do the EMF 10K route. I wanted to find out where the bad bits were.
Came home to tidy the house and catch up on some blips etc. before heading down to meet fellow blipper RD for some whisky. The society in Leith were celebrating word whisky day by having some drams and matching them with local food. Had 3 nice drams with some Mellis cheese, haggis, buffalo burger and some local beers.
We then headed over to Vintage next door for a beer and some proper food. The Spanish slither came down to meet us as we had tickets to the Jura tasting event.
This was held in one of the old Neslie milking halls. Not like any other tasting we had been to. There was no one to go through the tasting with you, instead they projected tasting information onto the white tiles walls.
The last course was accompanies with seaweed and liquid nitrogen with the smoke going over the table. Very well done.
From there it was back to the society on Queen Street for another couple.
