Sugar fix

Gym this morning and felt better for going.
Finished work and brought SH back with me. Headed up town with him for a few beers and a bite to eat. IB was playing football in a charity event organised by one of our suppliers and joined us when he had finished.
Left the boys to it as they had tickets to the beer festival at Summer Hall. Came home to spend some time with J before she heads down to Brum tomorrow morning to help sort out the funeral etc. She managed to get the internal job she went for and has decided to take it.
After a few beers I had a craving for some sugar so stopped off on the way back to get a quick fix. Managed to save some for Saturday night after the whisky tasting as well.
