Lunch

I drove to Bordeaux airport to collect Mr Frenchtoast who has returned from foreign parts for some R & R, and we had lunch at La Table de Marion in Saintes, which is in the Michelin guide and therefore more expensive than my usual lunch venues. But my mission is to try all the restaurants in the local area, so it had to be done! His mission is to strengthen security at the hen house!
Chicken update: the three survivors are getting braver and have ventured outside again today, although the white one is still limping and her wound looks very sore.
