unexpected capture

I was sitting in my chair on the porch taking pictures of my cats and the birds and the feeder when this hummingbird swooped over my head to the nectar feeder. My settings weren't set for the close shot but it was take it as it or get nothing! I took it.

Both last night and tonight I spent a lovely 90 minutes or so sitting out on the porch watching the evening bird feeding. There was a light breeze to keep bugs from feasting on me and the temperature was ideal. My cats were either at my feet or in the wild flower garden and the neighbour's cat was in the shade of the pump house. The birds were surrounded but they still come to feed.
