Had boys AM; we spent the morning just gently meandering about; up to Morrisons to buy porridge and apple juice; took about two hours, but we had no pressing need to be anywhere else, do anything else. Just good to be out, hangin' wi' the guys.

Played swingball, Had lunch. They got picked up at 1, I did 3 hours OT and then headed out on the bike; dropped off the laptop and then off to the allotment; did a power of work and got thirsty. Given I had a busy day booked in for Sunday, I got home after 9, couple of cold beers and watched Super Saintees stuff the DABs, and fell asleep as the Arsenal eventually prevailed over Hell Hull City.
