Petals open w i d e......

From tightly closed bud to wide open flower all in the course of a day!

I treated myself to these wonderful peonies at the flower market yesterday and IF I could have sat and watched them today, I am sure I would have seen them slowly opening before my eyes.

These were in the window of newly refurbished cloakroom (!) but they have outgrown their space so are now in the lounge. Too beautiful to closet away!

And the lounge vase is now in the hall....and the ornamental pineapple I blipped yesterday is in the cloakroom. Tomorrow......

It's been a good day and my little ones took to the comprehension practice task so positively, though the mountain proved too steep for some. So I gave help.
