Dinner

We have reduced our meat consumption considerably since moving to Zihuatanejo. That probably has more to do with our proximity to a constant source of fresh, as in caught-that-morning-fresh, fish and home-grown produce than a conscious decision to avoid meat. Occasionally, however, I am asked by my lovely wife to barbecue something like these pork pieces. A rare occurrence such as that deserved photographic documentation. A dull day photographically meant this shot made it here.
