All about Uncle Isaac

Today, for Miss Tanna, it was all about Uncle Isaac. We took her and Grandma up to Bellingham to share with them one of our favorite weekend adventures. First stop was Boulevard Park for coffee and playtime on the toys, and we even managed to squeeze in rock throwing and a walk up the big staircase. I just finished up week 3 of my recovery and although I feel great, due to doctor's orders (as well as Isaac's) I still cannot lift much or do anything more than walk for physical activity. What this meant is Isaac was the sole person in charge of Tanna and her active little 2 1/2 year old lifestyle today. He didn't seem to mind one bit and actually seemed to totally enjoy his bonding time with this little lady. I had a great time watching the kiddos and relaxing with my mom. La Fiamma Pizza for dinner where Alex and Tanna (and Isaac) got to play with dough (brilliant idea we've always appreciated) before we stuffed our faces with their incredible pizza. Looking forward to a busy week with Alex's Preschool graduation on Wednesday evening. Bittersweet.
