Hey guys!! I have been swamped with planning and placement. It is my priority and I love it! I am still walking, swimming and jogging. I have stopped weighing myself and just looking at my results in the mirror because I was relying on the scales to much and I was worried I would become too obsessed with my weight. I plan to tone up more and just feel healthy in myself.
