A Day Of Flowers.

Out for breakfast again this morning - this time will all the usual suspects and SWMBO.
Shocking, I know (and not good for weight loss I suspect)

Before I set to with some more weeding, I set to with the camera.

Plans to get shots of the Welsh poppies waving in the breeze failed miserably, so I had to revert to a fast shutter speed.
So far the hosta leaves are remarkably intact despite the number of snails are in the garden.
I love the way ferns unfurl.
Although there are loads of snails about it was the tiny flies and beetles
that made their appearance in the frame. (a slightly closer shot is here)
