The culprit
A quiet day here. A slow get up after a late night with both lots of neighbours in for food and a drink or two. When in Oban last week John bought a bottle of whiskey and last night the chaps did a tasting and then compared it to a Tobermory whiskey. Although Tobermory whiskey is acceptable the GlenDronach won hands down. Sorry Tobermory. A feeling of normality is returning - and sorry to go on - but its good to get up and walk, after a fashion.
John made the unit for all things to do with bread. The pots are years old and store flour for bread making and a loaf or two. The aim is to make some narrow shelves on the left side to hold tin foil, cling film and baking parchment. About 10 weeks ago he needed to bring the unit in from the shed for a fitting, it wasn't heavy but bulky, I gave a hand to carry it down the steps when the right ankle gave way and the left ankle ended up in plaster.
