The Hydrangea

Ventured out into the garden this afternoon, looking to be inspired by something to shoot and whilst enjoying a wee cup of coffee noticed that the hydrangea beside me was beginning to show some flower heads.

Last year it did not flower at all (not sure why not?), but this year looks a lot more promising. Decided to give it the B/W treatment for a bit of an effect - I like how it has turned out..
