A Deer in the Garden??

Staying at a fab place at a little village called Millbeck, which is just out side Keswick and sits at the foot of Skiddaw - the back of the property lies a wooded area and as we were having breakfast, we noticed a deer had wandered down for a bit of a feed......

Managed to capture it to the best of my lens that I have...but just wished I had a nice 400mm f2.8 or something of that ilk to really do the shot justice - must save harder.....

Off to the Rheged Centre to see the National Wildlife Photographer exhibition of the year - well worth a visit if you are in the area....the shots are just fab!!
