What started as a decision to paint one wall, turned into a full room makeover. Somehow it took much longer than I remember these things taking.

I just want to lie down all the time now. It is so very relaxing and comfortable. Take the weight off.....

In other exciting news the boy and his team won again today. Three in a row, although today he was lucky to come off the pitch with all his teeth. There is however a big fat lip.

Also my girl is home. Just for the weekend, as she still has nowhere to stay next year and needs to sort that pronto.

Also, and most exciting, I found an old lens of my dad's whilst clearing said bedroom. My father owned one SLR camera and one kit lens. He wasn't a great photographer, more of a snap man, and didn't appreciate the abilities of his camera. I was delighted to find that it fits my camera. I shall enjoy playing.
