After our road trip to London, we girls had some more fun today. Disey (said with a fantastically long drawn out Aussie drawl) is off to a big posh wedding today. We played hair and makeup and I sent her on her way.

She and I have a strong connection. We are strong women who take control of situations and who don't often ask for help. We have both needed reassurances lately and have relied heavily on each other. I do love a good friendship - especially if cake is involved.
