Strawberries and Cream...and Apples

I am not sure if I have imagined it but the blossom this Spring seems to have been more plentiful than in other years. The cherry and plum blossoms have finished and it is the turn of the apple tree blossom to show off its delicate pink and white petals to us. Here's hoping for a bumper crop of fruit!
