Colored Jacks Used In Launching Big Boats
The marinas on the St. Croix River are launching all the big boats that were in winter storage. Some of them are quite big because from here deep in the heart of the northern, United States Midwest, a boat can go anywhere in the world via the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers and the Gulf Of Mexico.
These heavyweight jacks are used for launching the boats.
