SELF CONTROL

There were a lot of areas to choose from for the topic "Self Control" and I really wasn't completely certain which of those I would choose to use as a subject. Oddly, I didn't even give music and playing an instrument a thought until I got home and saw my guitar sitting in its stand. I guess that means my thoughts, of late, have not been on my music, but elsewhere. I have incredible respect for people who have the dedication and self control to master an instrument, beyond the "just playing around" stage. Unfortunately, for me, at this stage in my life, my "focus" lies elsewhere. ;-)
