Just after this, whilst led on the moors looking for the skylark I was listening to, a short-eared owl hovered directly above me, I just looked in its eyes and said, 'how do you do?' ...camera by my side!!
Then on way back to the car a young deer hopped the fences directly in front of me...camera in hand..lens cap on!!
