Room with a View

What a lovely view to wake up to! You can see the cathedral on the right and a bit of sea on the left. We had a leisurely morning as my knee had ballooned up due to the walking yesterday - the holey arm seems fine - looks like the stitches are going to do their job. I thought I'd be wiser not to let them persuade me on a long walk. Mr C and Mr A set off up the mountain to do a scary circuit involving a scramble on a ridge. They are not back yet and it will be dark in an hour.

My friend and I went to pick up some big plants from the garden centre then took the beautiful coast road home, stopping for a cup of tea at an open air cafe with a stunning view down to the turquoise sea far below.
