Wardstone

This is the view looking north from Nicky Nook on our New Year Walk. It was cold but the sun was just strong enough to take away the bitter chill on top. Wardstone covered in snow is one of the highest points in our fair county. If any of you follow the Wardstone Chronicle books you will know that a great deed of dispelling evil magic was played out on the summit of the hill. Happy New Year to you all.
