Nocturnal supplies

Towel currently freezing ready for tonight's tropical moments and ice lollies for the 3am meltdown.

Tomorrow the hospital and a question about whys pain has extended up and under my ribs front and back. I suspect I know the answer but won't know until someone finally decides that they need to go in and have a look.

I might have given up by then!
