Happy Birthday Mr A!

So...it's a day late, but better late than never!!

We had a chilled out afternoon after working this morning; Mr A opened his cards (the most inappropriate one coming from my parents) and presents before I surprised him with his cake.

Of course there's a story behind it.....

A few months ago I found this photo on some random Facebook link.

I doubt we have ever laughed as much as we did when we saw it. Every so often, I bring up the image on my phone and we laugh about it all over again.

So, I decided, I would make one for Mr A's birthday (which is why I needed time to myself yesterday!).

He laughed when he saw it, but partly because he confessed he was going to do the same for my birthday in a few weeks time!

We are out for a meal with his family (& my mum) tonight, which will be nice. It's the first time my Mum will have met any of Mr A's family too, so that could prove interesting!
