Catching up

April weather continues. Warm at over 20°C and dry enough for Angie to do some grass mowing and hang out washing with a chicken and cook taking a high perch to watch while Mary keeps an eye out for killer crows. Flash, Luna and the cats flee when Angie is on the tractor - she whizzes around at high speed.

Again I was doing the fencing, mainly a part I want to have access to. So am building a largish (1.80 m) wooden gate using very old balcony balustrade struts that all have to be sanded. They are curvy, about 10cm wide and sanding takes quite some time. Then had to paint them, the final touches when it was dark. Yet again got indoors when it was dark and Angie had long given up thinking of doing any cooking.
