ray of light..

..at last after a handful of grotty days.
Toddled off for a walk with the hound in the smoky half light of this lovely autumn day.

Though the Tuesday drugs don't build up over the sessions, the restlessness , aches and lethargy do.
Thank goodness there is only one more to go before the next stage.
