Snuggly dragon

Met my good friend L for lunch and she gave me a very much appreciated present for my birthday the other day: this beautiful silk cushion with a dragon and cockerel pattern on it.

Except that it isn't just a cushion. It has a zip running around three sides, and when you unzip it, it unfolds as a beautifully soft silk duvet, just the right size to snuggle under for a slop-out in front of the television on a chilly evening. Wonderful!

Then another treat this evening, out to dinner in Greenwich, as a birthday celebration treat arranged by my son and lovely daughter-in-law. I wore the fab Pandora earrings that were a very well chosen present from my gorgeous daughter. A good end to a good week.
