hello Brisbane, Dan and Lotty

Lesley, Nick and myself left our hotel in Dubai 7am Friday and arrived in Brisbane CBD at 7am today (Sat). The journey was much better than we had expected.

We spent a lovely day with Dan and Lotty walking around the many gardens, river walks and water taxi rides. It was a delight to "walk and talk" and catch up on the 15 weeks since they left home. They are happy relaxed and enjoying the outdoor life in Oz. Including the great climate, although today was cloudy and just 21 C. I had to blip them today.

Dan' s off to play football for the Strikers this evening. I had planned to go and watch but the jet lag has hit and a good nights sleep is in order.
