I am a bad mother......

When my children were very young, I usually told them that the rides which were invariably placed in the most awkward places were out of order. Usually this was because
a) It was a waste of money
b) I didn't have the time
c) They would get bored before the music stopped.

I saw this today- do you think it was actually out of order or a cunning parent had placed it there??
