Flying Lessons

A last morning in Torun before meeting Cathy for more travelling fun this afternoon. I was delighted to finally see Bozek's model plane in action. It was fascinating to hear how it works, so much skill and control is required to keep it in the air, with lots of opportunity for CPD in moves such as twists and dives! Bozek's enthusiasm was infectious - always great meeting someone with an interesting hobby!

In the afternoon, me and Cathy ventured to Ciechocinek, a spa resort near Torun. Quite an experience! I'm not sure I've ever seen so many unhappy chappies in one place. Lucky for us, the hotel didn't recognise our reservation and we were able to jump right on the first bus to Bydgoszcz and go to Cathy's instead. Phew!
