Double espresso and biscotti

I was at my iMac for about 8 hours solid today. Writing a piece for a forthcoming conference, making a submission for a governance review contract, and reading a good number of cvs from people applying to join a board of an organisation I assist, and then writing comments on them.

With all the writing and concentration, this is how I keep going. Double espresso and biscotti. Brilliant dunking biscuit, but your timing needs to be good. Too soggy or not wet enough and its just not right.
