City at Night
I tried and failed to get a decent shot of Tokyo at night as we sped home in the train but I like this reflection of the giant ferris wheel I took from the monorail station on Odaiba. It kind of sums up Tokyo and the work/play vibe.
Odaiba seems to be a giant amusement Island with all sorts of attractions but we were there for Joypolis, a Sonic the Hedgehog Mecca. The boys were beside themselves with Sonic fever! I admit I quite enjoyed the experience, the rides were fun and we also had our faces superimposed on to giant computer seals that floated around a virtual aquarium. Yes, it was as bizarre as it sounds. The trip there and back across the Rainbow Bridge was quite spectacular.
Tokyo at night is an experience in itself.
