Hamlet of Sutton Street from the Woodland Trust

A beautiful early summer's evening, clear skies, clear air and sharp sunshine when we went out for our evening walk. This is one of our favourite views on our walks around Bearsted, looking over the hamlet rooftops and the trees to the North Downs beyond.

The day started well with a good swim to get the blood circulating. Most of the rest of the morning was spent on the prison work, trying to find good, free, resources for the Virtual Learning Environment. Not an easy task given the pretty stiff system restrictions and requirements; everything has to be stored locally with no access to the internet permitted. Still, it's a good challenge.

More research tomorrow, meanwhile the lawn grows longer by the day.
