Spring time at the Marina

The day broke cold and rainy, but thankfully, with little wind. In spite of the depressing weather, I was looking forward to getting several agreements done. Owning my own consulting business is wonderful, but there are times when it is a really hassle. One of the things that I don't enjoy is pressing clients to pay on time. I have a client that is six months behind. They recently did a private placement with a change of management. The new management promised to pay. Now they are "counter-offering" to settle for one-quarter of what they owe. I am not willing to settle.

After another round of discussions that did not end well, I decided to do something more pleasant - go take some pictures. The clouds were breaking up, and I knew that the sunset might be nice. For this photo, I took three photos, then merged them. I then increased the contrast just a bit.
