Reaching Over

A walk of an evening is always a pleasant affair but even more welcome after an extra tough and stretching day at work. Kid gloves and cabers were both brought into play today.

While the afternoon had been sunny as we headed to the beach the blue skies started to head off shore...above us a large cloud loomed . We did not let it mar our walk though.

Fingers crossed for Jakes footie team tonight. They have had a full season of injuries and, despite a long and complicated explanation from Jake, all I really know is that there are 5 more matches and they need to win one more to avoid relegation. I hope he comes home tonight with a big grin on his face. The pressure of another 4 more crunch matches might tip me over the edge!

A wee wine might well be in order tonight :)
