100 years & the Queen

Tomorrow we will meet the Queen, not quite, we'll be in the same room, along with 700 others & will be no nearer than a couple of furlongs at any one time. It'll be great but I can't help feeling that we have no architectural or cultural gems to show off, but we do have some truly remarkable, albeit ordinary people.

It'll be a great occasion, however, I'd love it if we could fill the Cathedral with the homeless, the disadvantaged, the hungry, the sad, the lonely & serve them with a day to remember. I'll dream on.
