I went to the gym this morning I know you think i am sad and when i got home we decided to take a drive to Ogmore. The weather was a mix of sunshine and shade.This is a photo of the River Ogmore. As you can see , the tide is out. We didn't stay for long, and came home and had a quiet day. Just how i like it. Just to remind you, don't forget Hinterland on BBC 4 tonight.You won't be disappointed.
