MonoMonday: Selfie

Having "cheated" a few Mondays back by posting a selfie of sorts for the theme of Portrait, I thought the least I could do was reveal a bit more of myself today ( or to put it another way, I should do the decent thing and spare you too much of the full face!)

A swim this morning and a trip (not "strip" as I first wrote!)to see Tess's parents this afternoon preceded by a quick walk along the canal.

I hate having my photo taken: I've decided I hate taking my own photo even more!
