This Green and Pleasant Land

First full day back home after my holiday to Belgium, and thank goodness it is a bank holiday. On the train home yesterday afternoon I though my throat felt a bit tight and by bed time I was convinced I had a full blown cold starting.

I had a fitful nights sleep, and I don't feel any better today. I made a quick dash to the supermarket to get stocked up again and to get a blip. Now I ache all over, so I'm going for a lie down now. I'll try and catch up with journals and comments over the next day or so depending on how I feel.

This is a view from near Peckleton. I like this time of year when the Barley goes all 'fluffy' in the fields.
