Now that Christmas is over, I am itching to take down all the decorations - they start to get on my nerves a bit after a while. I am not sure what this says about me, and I'm sure it isn't good, but there we are, that's how it is. I won't actually take them down until after the New Year, probably when most people do, although I confess that I did take down the ones in my office at work before I left on Christmas Eve, as I can't bear to come into work on the first day back and have to deal with old decorations.

Today we took Chisa to the airport to fly home to Tokyo. We were all very sad to see her go - especially Adam - as we really enjoyed having her here over Christmas. Hopefully, Adam will be able to return to Tokyo too shortly, once his visa is sorted out. My fingers are beginning to ache from being crossed so much...
