There's a bright golden haze...........

Today I have spent the day in the very pleasant company of Don2532

We have climbed steep hills and gazed at incredible views
We have scurried thru a forest of tree creatures
We have lain down in fields of gold
We have eaten cake
We have watched a family have the shortest, most complicated walk ever
We discovered that car bonnets are not the best picnic tables
We watched a blackbird sing in a tree just above our heads
We have walked thru cathedral cloisters
We have been accosted by a swan, in which Don2532 nearly lost his camera
We have scrambled up banks and then scrambled back down them again
We have gazed in awe at the most beautiful bluebell woods I have ever seen
We have waited for a spectacular sunset and not been disappointed

It has been a wonderful day
