Stairway to heaven......

This is the view from the back of my flat
It's a car park
It's not the best view in the world,

I like the lines and angles
I like the shadow that pretends to be a stairway down to earth,
or a stairway to heaven

In the morning, the sun climbs over the top and beams into my kitchen
In the winter, or if I'm up really early, the colours of the sunrise can be breathtaking

It's not the best view in the world,
but I have a stairway to heaven at the bottom of my garden
