Roadkill
On my way back to Dublin from Wexford I pulled in to get out and photograph the gorse-clumps setting the feet of the nearby pylons ablaze. I got my trouser-cuffs soaked in the long wet grass, but it was worth it to be immersed in that warm coconutty smell.
Then I saw this, which I took to be a tie till I stepped closer. Well, the gorse is out and the thongs are off. We're moving into summer, despite the weather.
