Day 1

I started Every Day In May- a fitness challenge where you have to travel 5K or 10K each day by any self-propelled means. The organisation that runs the event has chosen the charity I work for to receive the sponsorship donations, so I had to get involved really! I'm currently training for the Tour de Tendring on the 11th, so will be out on my bike each day clocking up the miles until then.
